Community councils in Johor Baru will have to aid business enterprise operators to renew their licences, in particular all those that have just reopened.
Johor housing and neighborhood govt committee chairman Datuk Mohd Jafni Md Shukor claimed this was in line with the transition into endemic period and reopening of Malaysia’s border with Singapore on April 1.
“We want enterprises to delight in the economic spillover but they should be working legally.
“The plan is to assure each chain of organization from the hospitality and provider sector, which are lodges, theme parks, retail and foodstuff and beverage, to SMEs will reward from the reopening of the border,” he reported when contacted by StarMetro.
The state govt, by means of Johor Baru City Council (MBJB), Iskandar Puteri Metropolis Council (MBIP), Pasir Gudang Metropolis Council and Kulai Municipal Council, will do all the things it can to expedite the course of action, he said.
Mohd Jafni claimed the number of people was also predicted to maximize through Ramadan.
“So we want people who possess firms, particularly inside of the MBJB and MBIP places, to arrive ahead.
